What if my package gets lost or stolen?

Your satisfaction is our priority. If your package seems lost or was stolen after delivery, please reach out to us via Etsy Messages. We'll help you open a claim with the shipping provider. All our carriers provide proof of delivery (like a signature or photo). If they’re unable to prove delivery, we’ll send a replacement free of charge. However, please note: once a package is marked as delivered, we can’t be held responsible for theft or loss from your address.

We follow standard necklace lengths and piercing bar sizes. But if you have a custom size in mind, let us know — we’re always happy to create the perfect fit for your needs.

For solid gold: 1. Mix a drop of mild dish soap in warm water 2. Let your piece soak for 5–10 minutes 3. Gently scrub with a soft toothbrush 4. Rinse, pat dry, and air dry completely 5. Store only when fully dry Avoid contact with: * Harsh chemicals (detergents, perfume, etc.) * Saltwater or chlorinated pools * Physical activities or sleeping with jewelry on Note: Even high-quality silver and gold can dull or darken over time. A simple clean will bring back the shine!

What happens if mail is returned to you?

If your package is returned because: 1. The address provided was incorrect, or 2. The delivery wasn’t claimed in time …we can resend it, but reshipping and handling fees will apply. We’ll contact you to confirm the correct address before resending. If we’re charged customs or return fees, these will also be deducted from the refund.
