When will my order ship?

All items are made to order just for you. Most orders are produced within 2–5 business days before shipping. Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking through Etsy. Please note that production and shipping times may vary slightly during holidays, sales, or high-volume periods. Items may ship separately, especially if you order different product types such as a shirt, mug, blanket, hoodie, or sweatshirt. This is normal and does not mean part of your order is missing. You may receive separate tracking numbers for different items.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Because each item is made to order, I do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for sizing, color choice, or buyer’s remorse. However, if your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or there is an issue with your order, please message me within 3 days of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. I’ll be happy to help make it right.

What size should I order?

Most apparel in my shop is unisex sizing. Please review the size chart in the listing photos before ordering, as every item is made to order. For a more fitted look, many customers size down. For a relaxed or oversized fit, order your usual size or size up. Sizing can vary slightly by brand and style, so checking the size chart is always recommended.

What shirt brand do you use?

Shirt brands may vary by listing, so please check the product details and listing photos. Many of my standard tees are printed on Gildan Softstyle 64000 shirts, which are lightweight, soft, and unisex. Some listings are printed on Comfort Colors tees, which have a thicker, garment-dyed, vintage feel with a relaxed unisex fit. Sweatshirts, hoodies, mugs, blankets, and other items will have their own product details listed in each listing.

For best results, wash inside out with cold water. Tumble dry low or hang to dry. Do not bleach. Do not iron directly over the design. Avoid dry cleaning. Following these care instructions will help keep your item looking its best.

My package says delivered, but I don’t have it. What should I do?

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please first check with neighbors, household members, your mailbox area, and your local post office or carrier. Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages. However, please message me and I’ll do my best to help guide you through the next steps.

My item arrived damaged or incorrect. What should I do?

Please message me within 3 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue, including the item, packaging, and packing slip if available. If there was a printing error, damage, or mistake with your order, I’ll work with you to get it resolved.
