When will my order ship?

Most items are made to order and typically ship within 3–5 business days. Each listing communicates a specific production timeframe. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

Will my order arrive by a specific date?

I do my best to ensure orders ship promptly, but I can’t guarantee delivery dates, especially during peak seasons when USPS experiences delays.

Why did my items arrive in separate packages?

I work with multiple professional print partners to bring my designs to life. If you’ve ordered multiple items, they might ship from different locations and arrive in separate packages. I’ll send tracking information for each package as soon as it’s available.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Yes, buyers may return or exchange items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund minus shipping costs. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition.

My item arrived damaged or incorrect—what should I do?

Oh no! Please send me a message with photos of the issue, and I’ll work quickly to resolve it with a replacement or refund.

Do you use AI to create your designs?

Some of the designs in my shop blend the best of both worlds — AI technology and human creativity. For about 30% of my products, I used DALL-E, a powerful AI tool, to create the core elements of the artwork. Then, they are personally refined and brought to life by me to reflect my personal style and quality standards, as well as your expectations. Listings where AI was part of the process include a note in the product description.
