Please include your measurements so I can make sure you order the correct size! Do not trace your foot with a pencil! Follow the example shown in the picture in the listing. a - length foot; b - ball girht foot; c - instep foot. Want shoes in a different color or material? We will be happy to make them for you.

If the size you need is out of stock, we will make a new pair for you from 7-14 days.

Delivery time depends on the carrier's terms and conditions. We do not control postal services and customs, so delays may occur, but we will help you track your parcel. Please provide your email address and phone number to receive your package. Please note that import taxes and duties may apply according to the rules of the buyer's country. They are paid by the buyer, not the seller.

Exchanges and Returns. We have an exchange and return policy, but it does not apply to individual orders.

Personalized goods are not subject to return and exchange! Returns are possible only due to the fault of the store - defective or sent the wrong size, which was agreed upon in correspondence with the customer. Exchange for another size is possible within 14 days. Shoes are not accepted for return/exchange if they show signs of wear and tear, they must be clean and new.

Custom and personalized orders

We offer customization in different leather and suede colors, as well as tailoring certain models to individual foot measurements. While many clients are happy with their custom pairs, we cannot guarantee a 100% perfect fit, as remote measurements (photos, tape tension, foot position, angles) are never fully precise. Custom-made shoes require more time and materials but come at no extra cost. By placing a custom order, the customer agrees that returns and exchanges are not possible, since such shoes cannot be resold. For very complex foot shapes, we recommend consulting a local shoemaker for precise measurements and fittings.

Customs and Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and VAT according to the laws of your country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

Love my new sandals! Such a lovely blue colour, they are beautifully made and comfortable out of the box. The suede and the leather lining are both soft and the soles are nicely cushioned. I was a bit worried about the fit before they arrived as I have wide feet but Alina took lots of time to check with me before ordering, helping me choose the right size. I sometimes wear a 38 for the width in trainers but ordered a 37 and they fit really well. Delighted! These are my birthday gift. I will be back in time for Christmas to order another pair of shoes.

I have had a difficult time finding the right sandals for me. I don’t like wearing plastic shoes all the time but crocs size 11 were the only sandals I could find that fit. My favorite sandals I ever owned were a leather fisherman years ago & havnt found any since until now & I love these even more. Alina worked with me & recommended a size 42, but I was scared they might be too small & ordered the 43. They are a little too big but they feel very comfortable. I just will order a 42 on my next order. I highly recommend these to anyone looking for a high quality unique product as I feel these will last a long time:)
