How do Digital Files in My Shop Work?

𝐁𝐔𝐘: Add any digital download item to your cart then checkout. Once payment is received you can access your download from your Etsy profile > Purchases & Reviews. You will also receive an email also containing the download. 𝐃𝐎𝐖𝐍𝐋𝐎𝐀𝐃: Download the file of your desired ratio. 𝐍𝐎𝐓𝐄: Ratios are indicated by the numbers at the end of the file (3x4 is for 3:4 ratio). You can then scale this ratio to fit to the size needed. Check the size guide for available ratios with popular print and frame sizes. 𝐏𝐑𝐈𝐍𝐓: You can then print by either using an at home printer or send the file to a local professional print service. 𝐍𝐎𝐓𝐄: That colours and brightness may slightly vary due to monitor settings, Printer type, print settings.

Why are my Digital Files contained in a PDF file Instead of in my Etsy Download?

Due to the High DPI (Dots Per Inch) of my Prints this creates a large file for most of the size files offered. The maximum size for each file to be uploaded on Etsy is 20MB. While some of the size files are smaller than 20MB I have decided to keep the sizes in the same download area to make it easier for you. ♡ If you have trouble with either accessing the download link or with the download of the files themselves don't hesitate to message me!

DPI (dots per inch) refers to the resolution of an image determining its clarity & detail when printed. A higher DPI means more dots per inch, resulting in a sharper & more detailed print. For high-quality prints 300 DPI is the standard, while lower DPI (such as 72 DPI) is typically used for digital images & web display. When printing using the correct DPI ensures that images appear crisp & not pixelated or blurry.

Where do you recommended I get my Art Printed At?

I recommend getting your Art printed with a Professional Printing service as they generally have top of the range high quality printers that can print sizes larger than A4. Here are some local Print services you can use from around the world, but you are welcome to do your own research as every local print service can be different. ♡ US - Staples, Walgreens, Walmart CA - Staples, Walmart, Costco UK - Tesco, Boots AU - Officeworks NZ - Warehouse Stationery

What Material do you recommend to print on?

I prefer matte poster paper for large prints or cardstock for smaller prints. But if you are willing to get your prints done at a professional print service with cotton canvas is available & you would like an authentic canvas texture I recommend this instead! But of course always ask the print service for their recommendation as materials between services can vary.
