Can I change the color, size, shipping address, design, or customization of my order?

Please contact us within the first 4 hours of placing your order. After 4 hours, your order is sent to production and no further changes can be made.

They accept changes or returns?

Due to the nature of our made-to-order products, we can only accept returns or exchanges if your item arrives misprinted, damaged, defective, or in the wrong size, i.e., incorrectly labeled. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can assess the issue and rectify it. Please note that it is not possible to exchange an item for a different size/color. If you are unsure about which size would fit you best, please refer to our size charts: We have one for each item listed in the product images. If possible, measure your favorite shirt from armpit to armpit and from top to bottom and compare it.

What should I do if I receive a damaged?

Occasionally, issues may arise such as: Incorrect product labeling. Printing errors. Receiving an incorrect item. Damage during shipping. If you experience any of these issues, please contact us.

How long will it take for my product to arrive?

We take approximately 2 to 5 days (on average 3) to produce and ship the products. You should then add the shipping times (5-7 business days) on top of that, which is the average time it takes for the items to reach your hands.

My personalization is incorrect—what can I do?

For personalized orders, your design is created using the exact information provided in the personalization box: We do not correct spelling or grammar errors. We do not complete sentences or modify your text. Your message will be printed exactly as entered. If you entered the personalization correctly and there's still an issue, please contact us. Send us a message and we’ll be happy to help!

Can I get a preview of my order?

Contact us within the first 4 hours after placing your order, and we’ll gladly send you a preview. If you need any adjustments, we’ll be happy to modify your design.

Is this shop part of Etsy or a registered company?

No, this shop is run by an individual seller and is not affiliated with Etsy as a company. We are not a registered business. Our trusted production and shipping partner, Printify, fulfills and ships all of our orders on our behalf.

Why are the colors on my printed item not as vibrant as on the screen?

The design shown in our mockups is a digital representation, and colors may appear more vibrant on screen than on fabric. This is completely normal, as the texture and nature of the material can slightly soften the printed colors. If you’re concerned about the print quality, feel free to contact us. Please send us a clear photo of the design taken in natural, even lighting so we can review it for you. While color variation due to printing is expected and refunds are not offered for this reason, we're happy to check and ensure everything looks as it should.

My order never arrived, what can I do?

If your order is marked as delivered, we recommend waiting a couple of days. Sometimes, the postal service marks it as delivered before it actually arrives. If the package still doesn’t show up after a few days, please check your mailbox and ask your neighbors—often, they may have received the package for you or it might be in the mailbox. If the package still doesn’t appear, please contact us and send us a message. We’ll be happy to assist you.
