Creating or ordering a wine label for homemade wine or as a gift, is something that might be outside your comfort zone, but it doesn’t have to be! You may assume that ordering a label is a one – click choice and that you can receive it in the mail, then peel and stick for a hassle-free experience. We can help you have that experience of giving a unique gif with just a little pre-planning. Whether you are labeling your first batch of homemade wine or purchasing a favorite bottle of wine and adding a custom label for a special occasion like a Bridesmaid Proposal, Wedding, Anniversary, New Baby or House Warming it is essential that you choose the right size label for your bottle to avoid creasing and wrinkling. Should I remove the original label on my bottle or put my new label over it?

When buying wine or liquor as a gift & you want to add your own label, you have 2 choices, you can slap a label over the existing one or what we recommend is to remove the original label & add your own made-to-fit label. (contact us for removing labels) If you want to put yours over the original, make sure it has a smooth label with no wrinkles because that will affect whatever you put over it and it will need to be at least an 1/8 larger than the one on your bottle to cover it completely.

You absolutely may change colors, customize messages upon preapproval, and contact us to create something unique or bring your idea to life!

We make labels to fit your bottle and have a history of brands and sizes from previous clients. Send the size in inches you need the label to be, top to bottom and side to side or a link to your bottle and the ML for it and we can create the design you purchase, in the size and shape to fit your bottle.

Easy to remove label instructions will be sent via Etsy conversations when your mockup has been approved by you. Wiping your bottle with a little rubbing alcohol and letting that dry will provide a clean smooth area to easily peel and stick your waterproof vinyl label.

What if I need my item quickly?

Already have invitations, artwork or decorations for your event? Can you coordinate with these?

Yes, we can coordinate colors, overall themes with your party goods or use non-copyrighted artwork you create or have copyright approval on (we will not copy any designs). Please send a photo of your item and requests for pre-approval.

Will you send a watermarked mockup or proof with my personalization?

Yes, we will create a custom mockup with your information and requests and post it in your Etsy conversations for you to ck over. Just click on the image and it will enlarge so you can view it up close. Send back any edits and we can go back and forth until you say print. Give your final approval and we will print and ship ASAP.

How will my items be shipped and will I receive a tracking number?

Most of our items are shipped through USPS as Ground Advantage or Priority mail with Express order available (large orders of gable boxes or cartons may be sent through UPS or FedEx). A tracking number will always be provided no matter how large or small the order is.
