🌙 Please download digital files on a computer through the Etsy website. 🌙 Any files downloaded through the Etsy app and on a phone will lead to file compression due to limited processing and memory capacity on phones. This will cause low image quality such as blurriness and pixelation.

✿ Custom and Personalized Orders ✿

🌙 For products currently in my shop that have personalization options, the customization and turn around time is listed for each in the product description. If this information is unavailable, please message me. 🌙 If you would like to customize a product in my shop that doesn't have personalization options, please message me. I'll be happy to change text, colors, etc. for a small added fee.

✿ Digital Cancellations or Refunds ✿

🌙 Etsy by default does not allow refunds or cancellations on digital items, but I want to ensure you are happy with your purchase. Please message me if you need a refund/cancellation, or if there is an issue with your order.

🌙 All files are for personal use only. 🌙 Commercial use, reselling of printed items, mass production, and file sharing is prohibited. You may not extract any original graphics for commercial use, or use any graphics as part of a website, logo or similar.

✿ Printable Products — Best Ways to Print ✿

🌙 When printing at home, be sure to set the printer settings to “actual size,” “100%,” or “no scaling.” Select the highest printing quality and choose the paper type you are using in the paper selection area. I would recommend using a smooth card stock or heavyweight photo paper in matte. 🌙 For larger printables like wall art, I recommend using Staples, Walgreens, Kinkos, Target, FedEx, Costco or Walmart. You can upload the image you would like printed onto their websites in the Printing & Services sections and pick up the print when it’s ready. Or, save the image to a USB and give the USB to the printing department of any of the above mentioned print shops.

Each of my printable wall art listings include 5 scaleable JPGs. Choose the file labeled with the size ratio you would like printed, and upload the file onto the print shop’s site. ✿ Damaged or Defective Items ✿

🌙 If your non-digital order arrives damaged or defective, please contact me through Etsy messages within 14 days of delivery. Photos of the item and packaging (with shipping label visible) will be required to help resolve the issue. 🌙 When eligible, I’m happy to assist with a replacement or refund, or guide you through Etsy’s Purchase Protection Program, which covers items that arrive damaged. 🌙 Items cannot be replaced or refunded without the required photos, as this is needed to comply with Etsy and my production partner policies.
