We can only change the order (size, color, quantity etc) if the item has not yet gone to print. Please send your change request ASAP through Etsy messages.

We can only cancel the order if the item has not yet gone to print. Please send your change request ASAP through Etsy messages.

When do I receive my order?

We take about 2-4 business days to create the items. Then you should add shipping times (3-5 business days) on top of that. Please see my shop announcement for Holiday processing and delivery time-frame.

What if my order never arrived?

If your order didn't end up arriving, be sure to let us know within 30 days of the expected delivery date. First check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the shipping address was incorrect, though we'd be happy to send you another order to the correct address, it will have to be at your cost. If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor's, get in touch with us through Etsy messages and we'll let you know what your next steps are. We don't refund orders due to carrier errors.

Do you accept returns and exchanges?

Due to the nature of the product being made on demand, we can only accept returns or exchanges if your item arrives misprinted, damaged, defective or is not the size you ordered i.e. was mislabeled. NB! It's not possible to exchange an item for a different size/color. If you're unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed, in the product images. If possible, measure your favorite shirt armpit to armpit and top to bottom and compare it with the size chart provided to ensure an accurate fit.

Can I add a gift note to the recipient?

Unfortunately it wouldn't be possible to add a gift note with your order. You will receive a shipping notification with a tracking number so you can know exactly when the package arrives and then you can contact your recipient.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Any order-related issues need to be reported within 30 days of product delivery to be eligible for a solution.
