1. HOW DO I DOWNLOAD MY DIGITAL FILE? (FOR DIGITAL PURCHASES) If you have an Etsy account: You can find your downloads by going to your Etsy Profile > Purchases or simply click this link: www.etsy.com/your/purchases If you checked out as a guest: Etsy will send you an automated email containing your download links. Please check your spam/junk folder if you can't find it. If you purchased using the Etsy app: At the moment, the Etsy app does not support downloading digital files. To get your files, open a mobile or desktop browser, go to www.etsy.com, sign in, go to Purchases, and click Download Files next to your order.

2. HOW DO I KNOW WHICH FILE OR PRINT SIZE TO CHOOSE?

For Digital Prints: Each listing includes a variety of high-resolution files. We provide a detailed Size Guide in the listing photos/description to help you choose the correct file ratio for your desired frame size. For Physical Prints: We offer a selection of standard framing sizes directly on the product page. Simply select your preferred size from the drop-down menu before checkout.

3. CAN I REQUEST A CUSTOM SIZE?

Yes, absolutely! Digital Files: If you need a size that is not included, please contact us before your purchase. If the artwork allows for it, we will resize it for you free of charge and send it via Etsy Messages. Physical Prints: If you need a specific paper size for your physical print that isn't listed, please send us a message before ordering, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

4. WHERE AND HOW SHOULD I PRINT MY DIGITAL ART?

If you purchased a Digital Download, you can print it using one of these options: Online Printing Services: Shutterfly, Snapfish, Printful, or Mimeo. Local Print Shops (US): FedEx Office, Staples, Walgreens, or The UPS Store. Local Print Shops (UK): Snappy Snaps, Boots, Ryman, or local independent print studios. Printer Settings: For the best home printing results, uncheck "Fit to printable area" and select "Borderless Print". For sketch and textured art, we highly recommend using the Color Print setting, even for black-and-white art, to capture the true depth of the artwork.

5. WHAT PAPER IS BEST FOR PRINTING DIGITAL ART?

If you are printing at home or via a local shop, we recommend heavy-weight matte paper, satin, or fine art paper. US Options: Hahnemühle FineArt Baryta, Epson Exhibition Fiber, or Moab Entrada Rag Natural. UK Options: Hahnemühle Photo Rag, PermaJet Museum Heritage, or Fotospeed Platinum Etching. (Note: If you order a Physical Print from our shop, it will already be professionally printed on premium, archival-quality museum-grade paper!)

6. CAN I GET A REFUND OR CANCELLATION?

Digital Downloads: Due to the nature of digital files, these purchases are non-refundable and cannot be canceled once downloaded. Physical Prints: Since our physical prints are made-to-order, we generally do not accept returns. However, if your print arrives damaged during shipping or has a defect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos, and we will gladly send a replacement.

8. WILL I SEE A PREVIEW BEFORE IT IS PRINTED OR SHIPPED?

Answer: 🌿 Yes, absolutely! Whether you purchased a Digital Download or a Physical Print, we will send you a digital proof (preview) via Etsy Messages within 1-3 business days. We will wait for your approval before finalizing the digital files or sending the design to print.
