All orders are dispatched within 1 - 3 business days from the purchase date. Depending on the number of orders that come in and product stock, they can be sent out a day later. Since I make, pack, and ship everything myself and this is a small business, please be patient as I fulfill your orders and make sure they are packaged well and safely. For domestic orders (Latvia) shipping will take approx. 2 - 5 business days. For international orders, please give 1 - 3 weeks. It will most likely arrive sooner, but there have been shipping delays that are not in my control. Please be patient.

Sometimes parcels take more time to arrive and this is out of my control. I hope you understand and can be patient. There might be a case where your order has not arrived due to an incorrect shipping address. In instances like these, your parcel gets returned to me because of the reason mentioned before. It is your responsibility to provide the correct and full shipping address you want your items to ship!

PACKAGING, RE-USED MATERIALS & RECYCLING

Most items will be packaged in paper material that is more eco-friendly. I also use plastic for some products to protect them from water damage. Sometimes, I use recycled materials, such as cardboard or cardstock, to package orders that could potentially bend in transit. Packages like these will have special stickers saying that there are recycled materials used. I encourage you to re-use any packaging that is still good - for scrapbooking or repackaging other items. If you choose not to do it, please recycle everything according to your local rules.

Most packages clear customs fine, but there can be times when you will be asked to pay customs fees. The amount differs for each country. I am not responsible for any customs fees/duties/taxes.
