🏺 The Custom Order Process 🏺

1. Place Your Order 🛒
Choose your quantity, if you have a special request (custom dimensions, specific hue, etc.), message me before or right after checkout — I’m happy to discuss details.

2. Crafting Begins 🎨
Once your order is placed, I start crafting your lights by hand in my Stillwater, MN studio. This takes about 9-10 weeks depending on complexity and kiln schedule. Each piece is made using a low-waste, small-batch process to ensure quality and consistency.

3. Preview & Approve 📸
Before anything ships, I’ll send you detailed photos of your finished lamps. This is your chance to confirm you’re happy with the results or request a tweak or redo if needed. I want you to LOVE what you receive.

4. Final Touches & Packing 📦
Once you give the green light, I’ll carefully prepare and package your lights. Everything is double-checked for safety and fit before it leaves the studio.

5. Shipping & Tracking 🚚
Your order is shipped securely. I’ll provide tracking as soon as it’s en route. Most U.S. customers receive their package within 2–5 business days after shipping.
