Return and Exchange:
For returns and exchanges, all shipping costs are borne by the buyer.

Cleaning Tips:
1. Put a few drops of liquid dishwashing detergent in a bowl of warm (not hot) water and stir gently. Ordinary tap water works well, but for much better results, you can use sodium-free mineral soda or carbonated water. The baking soda in these liquids will help loosen accumulated dirt and grime.
If your jewelry contains delicate, fragile gemstones, you should not use hot or boiling water. Some gemstones, especially opals, can crack when exposed to rapid and drastic temperature changes. Likewise, using extremely cold water can cause the dirt on the stone to shrink and harden.
2. Immerse your gold jewelry in the prepared solution. Leave it in the water for approximately 15-30 minutes. While the jewelry is in the water, the warm water will soak into it and loosen and clean hard-to-reach dirt deposits.
3. Gently brush your jewelry with a soft-bristled toothbrush. Brush each piece of jewelry, paying attention to the nooks and crannies where dirt will be hidden. Use a very soft brush. The softer the brush, the more successful the process will be. Because hard bristle brushes can scratch and damage the surface of the jewelry. Especially if your jewelry is not solid gold but gold-plated, hard bristle brushes can scratch the surface of your jewelry and remove the gold layer completely. However, if there is any area that cannot be cleaned, you can take a cotton swab and rub the relevant area slowly.
4. Finally, dry your jewelry with a cloth. Then let it dry on its own on a towel before putting it on again. Wearing your jewelry when it is wet will trap moisture in your skin. This will cause irritation on your skin.
