Can you digitize my own image or logo?

Yes! We offer custom digitizing services. Please send us your image via Etsy Message, along with your desired size, machine format, and any specific color code preferences. We will review it and send you a quote or a custom listing link.

Why is my order status "Processing" / What does "Made-to-order Download" mean?

This process typically takes 12-48 business hours, depending on the complexity of the design. We always strive to complete orders as quickly as possible. Once your file is ready, we will update the order immediately, and you will receive a notification to download your files.

Are your designs auto-digitized? Is the quality guaranteed?

Quality is our top priority. All our designs are 100% Manually Digitized. We carefully calculate the logic and sequence to ensure the best possible stitch quality, and every design is test-stitched before listing. However, since results can vary depending on the fabric and stabilizer used, we highly recommend running a test stitch on a scrap piece of similar fabric first. If you encounter any issues during your test, please contact us for support.

I am encountering an error with the file or the stitch-out. What should I do?c
