Do you offer the cards in digital files?

At this time, we do not offer digital versions of our cards. All of our cards are printed, packaged, and shipped to you.

Can you create a card for a specific situation or special occasion?

Yes, absolutely! If you’re looking for a card tailored to a unique situation or special occasion, we’d love to help. Just send us a message explaining what you need, and we’ll work with you to create a custom design, including a personalized message that fits your moment perfectly.

Will my card arrive before [X] date?

We do our best to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, but once your card is with the carrier, delivery speed is out of our control. If you need your card by a specific date, we recommend choosing an expedited shipping option at checkout and placing your order early to allow for any unexpected delays.

Can you drop my order off at the post office the same day I place it?

At this time, we do not offer same-day drop-off. All orders are taken to the post office the next business day after they are processed.

Do you offer bulk pricing?

Yes! We’re happy to offer a custom quote for orders of 20 cards or more. Just send us a message with the details, and we’ll get back to you with pricing and options.

Why isn’t my tracking number working?

For our standard free shipping, we use letter mail (similar to sending a postcard with stamps). Tracking is only available through Etsy. You may see limited updates, or it may appear as “pre-transit” until delivery. If you prefer reliable tracking, we recommend selecting one of our expedited shipping options at checkout.

My order is marked as “Delivered,” but I haven’t received my card. What should I do?

Please wait two full business days. USPS sometimes marks items as "delivered" when they are still out for delivery and may arrive the next business day. This is a common issue we've seen with letter mail. If you still haven’t received your card after that time, feel free to reach out.
