Beautiful and high-quality pens. I am extremely pleased with the craftsmanship of my items and they are perfectly as described. Unfortunately, there were issues with the delivery, which meant the store needed to send a new pen. However, Norman was always responsive, kind and professional. He included a gift along with my original purchase, which I am very grateful for. I highly recommend this store and their gorgeous Damascus steel pens.
