Why is tracking on my order wrong?

We ship (most) orders with Etsy stamps to mailboxes & PO Box addresses. - Etsy's 'tracking' codes on stamps are often inaccurate (as sellers we don't have control over this if we purchase through Etsy.) - Etsy label stamps are the same as postage stamps for letter mail. - We DO NOT recommend using this "code" as official tracking. It is an Etsy GUESSTIMATE based on current USPS shipping times. - Since there is no USPS scannable barcode on Etsy stamps the 'tracking' could be off by several days, show wrong location, or even show delivery when it is still a few days away from being delivered. (This does not apply for items such as mailbox & store signage, ornaments, mirror charms, OR if you purchased a tracking upgrade at checkout.)

My order says delivered but I didn't receive anything!?!

Unfortunately, "tracking codes" on Etsy's stamp labels can be inaccurate. Stamp labels are the same as letter postage stamps you buy at the post office and DO NOT have official USPS tracking. (This is why the code doesn't work on the USPS website.) They are a guesstimate (by Etsy) based on current USPS shipping times and do not include a USPS scannable barcode. Most orders arrive around the 1 - 1.5 week mark of being shipped. Count 7 - 10 days from the day your order was marked as shipped . If you receive a delivery notification but there is no envelope, give USPS a couple more days to deliver it to your mailbox or PO Box. Still not there...? PLEASE message us. We can only help if we are made aware an order didn't arrive.

How long will my decal last?

Black and White decals are rated to last 6 years outdoors. Color decals have a lifespan of 4 years but may last longer depending on variables like sun exposure and washing. Patterned and holographic decal lifespans are highly variable depending on many elements but generally 1 - 2 years for the pattern color.

How do you ship decals?

Decals with Standard Shipping are typically NOT sent with tracking information. Standard packages are sent as regular post and are delivered as a letter would be. Customers can choose to have tracking added by selecting the "I WANT TRACKING" upgrade via checkout. Upgraded orders are sent as USPS First Class Parcels with tracking info. Upgraded packages usually take less time to be delivered by the USPS. Do not be surprised to see your decal arrive in recycled materials as we like to reuse boxes and materials instead of buying them and creating unnecessary waste.

Absolutely! We love receiving custom orders! Contact us with any ideas or creations that you have in mind and we will do our best to help you!

How long will it take for my item to ship?

All packages are sent out within 2 - 6 business days of the order date. Understand that once we place your package in the mail or deliver it to the post office we no longer have control of the delivery time. Etsy's estimated delivery date IS NOT ALWAYS CORRECT. Most packages are delivered within the week of shipment, some domestic orders may take up to 3 weeks depending on location. International orders may take up to a month to be delivered. Tracking is only provided if you choose the upgraded shipping at checkout.

Are permanent decals safe for walls?

While permanent decals are an excellent option for metals, cars, and most non-porous surfaces, placing permanent decals on walls is not recommended. The vinyl we use is subject to peel paint because of its strong bond. If you are wanting a wall decal, there are several colors available in vinyl safe for walls, just request a custom order. Processing may be longer for wall decals depending upon vinyl availability.
