I placed an order for a pepper gray comfort colors shirt (for a Father’s Day gift) and received a black shirt. The seller did not ship the shirt until 5 days after the order was placed delaying the arrival to after Father’s Day. I reached out to the seller about the discrepancy with the color and my frustrations with the shipping delay. I requested to send the shirt back and receive a replacement. The seller argued that the order was submitted as a black shirt, took no accountability for the delay in shipping (stating they are not responsible for delays with the carrier) and refused to exchange or replace the shirt. Terrible customer service!!!
