Where can I find my digital print after purchase?

Make sure you're on a desktop browser: Navigate to "https://www.etsy.com/your/purchases" & Follow the instructions below: 1. Go to your Etsy homepage 2. Click your profile icon on the top right-hand corner of your browser 3. Navigate to "purchases" 4. Scroll down and find your latest purchase 5. When you find the order you are looking for click the black button that says "Download Files" 6. Done! Please access your digital files through this route and contact Etsy support if you are having issues gaining access to your Etsy account.

Due to Etsy's upload limits, some smaller files will be sent as a zip folder. If you purchased a set or the files are too large, you will receive a PDF with a Google Drive link to access your files.

♡ Printing Recommendations
You can download the files instantly and print them at home, at a local print shop, or through an online printing service. If you use printing services, I recommend uploading the images in their original condition or unzipped. Images should not pass through any compression software or messaging apps, as this will reduce their quality. If you print at home, I recommend printing without auto color correction and using a laser printer for better quality results. For the best results, use matte or satin photo paper at 190 gsm or higher.
