Gift wrapping and packaging

All orders are presented 'good enough to gift', however I do also offer elevated gift wrapping to make gifts extra special! As for packaging, I try to be as eco-friendly as possible, for example; using biodegradable paper tape and biodegradable bubble wrap where necessary.

Do you accept returns?

Returns are accepted if you are unhappy with your order or wish to cancel your order for a refund. There are a few conditions which must be met, the item(s) must firstly be returned to me (please reach out for an address to be provided) in their original condition (unworn/unused). Upon me receiving the goods, I will process a refund for the items cost if the conditions are met (the buyer is liable for the postage costs in this case). Although, custom made items are not able to be returned or refunded unless faulty.

Do you ship worldwide?

I currently ship to over 20 countries including the UK, USA, Canada, Australia and some of Europe. If Etsy says that I do not ship to your address, please reach out via Etsy messaging as I am happy discuss arrangements, and do my best to accommodate requests.

What if my order is lost or arrives damaged?

If you suspect your order may have been lost in the mail, please contact me after 14 working days (UK) or 25 working days (internationally) and I will look into your order. A royal mail investigation will be opened to locate whereabouts/ provide conformation of loss. In which case I will offer solutions such as a refund or a replacement package. If your order arrives damaged, please contact me immediately with photographic proof attached. I am happy to resolve any issues in a way which you prefer (eg, replacement or refund)

The Mystical Bunny Privacy Policy (Last updated 14 March 2024)

I'm currently experiencing ongoing technical issues which has not allowed me to upload my privacy policy. If you'd like to read it in full, please either visit my "shop announcement" at the top of my page, or contact me via Etsy's messaging service and I will provide it to you directly. Key Points: 1. I only use your personal details (name and address) to fulfil your order. 2. In order for your package to be delivered, your name and address is visible on the package for Royal Mail (and their shipping partners for international deliveries) 3. I do not share your details with any other third parties. 4. I may contact you via 'Etsy messages' and/ or your provided email regarding any issues or questions regarding your order.

Regulations for customers in the EU grant the right to cancel or return orders within 14 days of delivery. If you are a customer in the EU and would like to withdraw, please contact me via Etsy's messaging service or the "help request" button on your purchases tab and I will be happy to assist you. (I can either help you directly or I can provide you with an official form if you'd prefer)

Do your earrings come with backs?

All standard hook earrings come with silicone stoppers, this is mainly to keep them on the display card during transit so that your order arrives neatly presented. However these may also be temporarily used as earring backs (meaning they are removed every day/ night, and not worn continuously) this is for safety/ good hygiene and to allow your skin to breathe, I recommend not sliding the stopper all the way up, instead leaving a gap of 5-10mm from your skin, using them only to ensure the earring cannot accidentally slide out of your piercing due to general wear and movement.

~ Storage: jewellery should be stored in a jewellery box, I recommend adding a silica gel packet to prevent moisture damage.
~ Cleaning: Gently buff surface with a dry jewellery cloth.
~ Please be aware that the metal can tarnish/ oxidise with repeated use, exposure to moisture/ air and if poorly treated. This material should not be in contact with moisture (eg. lotions/sweat/ rain/ submerged in water etc)
