I had a difficult time downloading. I ended up needing a laptop and had to download an extra app. Then had to figure out how to open. Although directions were clear after purchase, I didn’t realize I needed to be so tech savvy. The prints however are absolutely stunning and I would even purchase a canvas of these prints to hang. Very cute. Thank you.

Sorry to hear you had problems downloading. I do note on the item listing that a laptop or computer is recommended - simply because the files are so big. Not sure what app you had to download though, there's absolutely no need to download any app at all. It should simply be a matter of a few clicks to download. Thank you
