Looks great Healthy plant Well packaged Helpful seller

“Got a strange UPS tracking alert in the app about damage to this item, refusal to accept and that they were sending it back to the seller with a message. Then the next day the plant arrived in perfect condition outside and inside?? Seller was confused by their messages as well. He was immediately friendly and helpful in problem solving the issue as quickly as possible. The philodendron heartleaf I received is BEAUTIFUL, as long as advertised and fits perfectly in the space I created for it. Thank you!”

I purchased from this seller bc I read rave reviews about their customer service. I must have upset them somehow by messaging once each week about shipping. It took 3 weeks for the package to ship bc they were understandably wanting to wait until the heat wave was over so the plant didn’t get damaged. They recommended that I buy expedited shipping and I asked how to purchase it after searching their shop but then didn’t hear from them for another week. So then I messaged again asking how to pay for upgraded shipping and expressed that I was feeling a little frustrated by the gap in communication. Then they shipped the plant that same day but didn’t respond to my message. The plant still arrived in great condition and I very much appreciate how much they care but I am still confused about the communication breakdown.

The plant arrived the day after it shipped, which was so exciting! I was quite impressed with how well it was packaged (especially given that the trailing vines were six feet long), and by how healthy it was despite having been shipped over a thousand miles. Very few leaves were distressed. I wouldn't hesitate to order from this shop again! Thank you so much! :) 💚🌿
