Always wash apparel inside out. This prevents zippers and buttons from rubbing against the design and will extend the life of your item. Follow washing and drying instructions that are on tags whenever possible. Mugs are dishwasher safe, but water bottles should be hand washed. Vinyl stickers are water resistant and should be ok on your car in wet weather, but when they are on water bottles, they should not be submerged for longer than a quick wash and should not be sent through the dishwasher.

Enter custom or personalized information with as much detail as possible. Feel free to ask any questions and if you run out of room, message me. If I have any questions about personalization, it will likely be in the first 24 hours, so please check your messages the next day just in case I need more information to proceed with the order.

Greeting cards - what to expect:

Greeting cards are typically shipped in a flat document envelope or box and are scored for ease of folding. They do not arrive pre-folded. If you need help folding your cards, send me a message immediately after ordering so I can pull the order to fold them for you. This may result in a slight delay but I'm happy to do that for you! If you have a personalized message, or ask for a personalized card, please watch your messages for up to 24 hours after ordering in case I have any questions. If I send a message or ask for a proof approval and I do not hear back in 24 hours, I'll use my best judgement and send the order for processing. We'll figure something out if there are updates after 24 hours, but it's easier to handle quickly.
