Customer service was AMAZING and responsive and they even allowed me to make changes to my order & were so accommodating and helpful! shipping took slightly longer than expected, but I’m also located in US and the shop is not. I would 100% recommend ordering from this shop, but make sure to give yourself plenty of time for shipping. I would post a photo of how cute the napkins came out, but I’m giving them as a gift! They look exactly like the markup that was sent by the shop for approval which was so helpful.
