When will my item be sent?

We want our customers to receive their personalised gifts ASAP so any order placed by 2.30pm on a working day (if we've got all the details we need) will be sent the same working day. We are constantly designing, producing and packing gifts throughout the day so please don't be surprised if it doesn't take long for us to dispatch your order to you!

How long will it take to arrive?

We aim to have your gift with you within 1-3 working days but all delivery dates shown by Etsy are estimates only and are *NOT* guaranteed. We don't want you to be disappointed so please order well in advance if you absolutely need a gift by a certain date as we cannot guarantee delivery for any date.

I've made a mistake on my order, can you change it?

Please contact us ASAP after ordering and we *may* be able to help you if we haven't started producing your order. We produce and dispatch items constantly throughout the day so if we have already started your order, or dispatched your order, we won't be able to make any changes.

I've not included all the personalisation details, what can I do?

Please send us an Etsy message ASAP but if we can see there's info missing we will send you an Etsy message. If we don't hear back from you by 2.30pm (working day) then we will have to cancel and refund your order as we can't send it within the required dispatch time

The delivery address is wrong, can you change it?

Your postage label is generated straight from your order so we can't change your address but please contact us ASAP so we can advise you what we can do. It is a buyers responsibility to ensure the full and correct delivery address is given when ordering (which can be checked multiple times before purchase, and on your order confirmation email from Etsy).

Where's my item? Why does it say it's been returned to sender?

Tracking is available on every item (it's on your order dispatch email from Etsy) and it is updated when your gift is delivered (it doesn't show an items current location or journey, just when it is delivered) so please check your tracking firstly. If it shows your item has been delivered then please check with other householders, neighbours, safe places and your postman to ask where this is. If your item can't be delivered for any reason (eg. an incomplete or unclear delivery address) then it will be returned back to us so please double check your address before ordering. We do not check addresses before posting and can't be held responsible for Royal Mail not being able to deliver if they are unsure where to post it.

We make all sizes clear in our item description and images so a customer knows the products dimensions before purchase. Please ensure you read the clear sizing details and view the images of the gift before you buy it! Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible if you were expecting it to be a different size despite the dimensions being clearly shown.

How can I contact you? I've got an issue or query about my order

If you need to contact us to ask a question or you've got an issue with your order, then please ONLY contact us using Etsy's messaging service as this is a much quicker and direct way to get in touch. There's a 'Contact' button on your order confirmation email from Etsy, or just visit any of our listings or shop and click 'Contact'. Our email is not constantly monitored so may take a few days to be seen, and replying to Etsy's automated emails will never be seen by us.
