How soon will my order ship?

Orders for physical products will be ready to ship within 3-5 business days, plus the shipping method selected at checkout. You will get an email from Etsy with the tracking information for your purchase.

How can I access my Digital Pattern or Tutorial?

All digital stained glass patterns and tutorials will be accessible via a link in your purchase confirmation email from Etsy. You can access the download on your Etsy page under the Purchases and Reviews tab when you log on using a computer (downloads are not currently accessible on the Etsy app).

What if there's a problem with my order?

Please reach out via Etsy message if there is a problem with your order. If we made a mistake we will work with you to make it right!

Can I return or exchange an item I purchased?

All sales are final and returns or exchanges are not accepted on most items. If you realize you need to make a change to the order let us know immediately and we may be able to alter your order within the first few hours after purchase. Once the order have been queued for processing, changes cannot be accommodated and returns/exchanges are not accepted. Orders that have been completed, with tracking sent, are final.
