Design Process: All designs are created using the DTF (Direct to Film) process, which transfers prints onto fabric using a heat press.

HOW TO ORDER:
1. Select shirt type, size, and color using the drop-down menus.
2. Enter the design information in the personalization box if needed.
3. Add each item to your cart individually. (need more? repeat steps 1-4 again.)
4. Complete your order by entering your payment, shipping address, and shipping method and submit.

PRODUCT DETAILS:
**We work with multiple local shirt brands, focusing on sizing, material,
and color match. We try our best to depict the original color in real life but
colors can still vary due to lighting in the picture. it can be slightly darker or
lighter.
● T-Shirts:
○ All T-shirt colors: 52% cotton / 48% polyester (average 50% cotton 50% poly blend)
○ Unisex size, regular fi t
○ ** women V-neck are women sized and run small, 50-50% cotton poly blend.

Care Instructions:
● Wash inside out in cold water.
● Do not bleach or dry clean.
● Do not iron on the design.
SHIPPING & RETURNS:
● Processing time: 3 business days.
● We use USPS and UPS. Shipping options include standard (5-7 business days after production) or expedited-express (delivery time only).
● Refunds or exchanges are not offered as each item is specifically made per order.
● Please double-check your address. We can only change it within 12 hours if the order has not been processed.
● Contact us for any design modifications before placing your order to avoid complications, if you do not ask and request before placing order we are not responsible if the request is not done.
UPGRADES & FEES:
● Backside Fee: Additional charge for designs on the back.
● 4XL-5XL Upgrade: Separate listing available for 4XL-5XL.
● Shipping Fee: Purchase a new label for returned packages or address changes.
● Custom Fee: Contact us for custom designs or changes before ordering.
HOLIDAYS: Order early for holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, Halloween) to avoid carrier delays.
**Every year carrier delays occur and affect a lot of packages so please make sure you plan ahead to not experience delays.
● Once packages leave our shop, we cannot be held responsible for lost,
damaged, or delayed items.
● Please refer to your local post office for further assistance.
● If an item is shown delivered we are not responsible for shipping another
item.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Buyers are responsible for customs charges. Tracking is provided by your local carrier once it leaves the U.S. Check with your customs office for fees, tax, and delay information.
