Product Colours When Printed

Please keep in mind that colours on a monitor may vary slightly from how they appear in person or how they display on viewing device to another due to the colour calibration of your device or monitor. We try to ensure that the colour of the designs you see on the listing sample is the colors you will receive with that particular design.

Custom and personalised orders

If you order a personalised item that just requires entering in additional information, the files will be sent to your Etsy e-mail address between 1 - 3 business days. If you order a personalised item that requires a lot of your personal information, you will receive the proof to confirm you are happy with the order. It is the customer’s full responsibility to proof for grammar, wording, and spelling. Cands and Co is not responsible for any mistakes or printing costs incurred. Please carefully check all proofs before approving.

Digital Download Printing

Printing From Home *When printing at home, heavier card stock is recommended. * Always run a single test print before printing everything to make sure everything looks good. *Make sure your printer settings are set to the 100% or Actual size before printing. Print Shop *I would suggest contacting a print shop first to ensure they are able to print it in the sizes and formats first. Cands and Co can't be held responsible for any incorrect printing by your chosen print shop or other printing option.

After you have completed your purchases for our instant downloads, you will be automatically be taken to the purchase page on Etsy, where you will be able to download your purchased files. There’s no waiting time. You will also receive an email from Etsy with a link to download your files. Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final. No physical items will be shipped. Do you accept returns or exchanges after delivery?

Our products are made to order for you, that is why we cannot offer a refund or an exchange, once its lovingly printed it's yours to own... Please choose carefully, and if you have any questions please get in touch, one of our customer experts will be happy to help you out. All of our listings have accurate size charts as well as any important sizing information that you may need to know. If you are unsure of what size you need, send us a message and we will help you out.

My item arrived damaged... what do I do?

Most of our orders are shipped directly from our fulfilment company. In the odd case there may be a print error on the product. Please send us a message with a clear photo of the product within 14 days of receiving your item. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase, and if there is a print error we will send you out a replacement immediately.

What if my package is delayed/lost in transit or stolen?

Cands and Co is not liable for packages that are delayed in transit, lost by the shipping, carrier, or stolen. All circumstances which are beyond our control. Once we hand your item over to the shipping carrier it is their responsibility to deliver the item. Please contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delays or lost packages.

How are your physical products printed?

We partner with a trusted professional print provider to produce and ship all physical items. Each piece is made to order using high-quality materials and printing techniques to ensure a premium finish. Processing time is typically 1–3 business days.

Orders are shipped from Australia or New Zealand depending on availability to ensure the fastest possible delivery. Estimated delivery time: * Australia: 5–10 business days (including production) You’ll receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout, as we’re unable to make changes once your order has been sent. During peak periods or unforeseen delays, delivery times may vary slightly.

These are just some printing suggestions, and it is best to use different paper styles & textures to get your desired result.
