Jewelry Care Guide To keep your jewelry looking its best, it’s important to care for it properly. Avoid exposing any 14k/18k solid gold, gold-filled, or gold-plated items to chlorine—this includes swimming pools and hot tubs—as it can cause fading, discoloration, or even damage to the metal over time. Treat your jewelry gently to extend its shine and lifespan. We suggest removing it before showering, swimming, sleeping, or exercising. Materials like brass, copper, sterling silver, and both gold-filled and gold-plated pieces may gradually develop tarnish or a natural patina. Humid environments like bathrooms can speed this up, so it’s best to store your jewelry in a cool, dry place.

Gift wrapping and packaging

All of my items come packaged in a gift box—perfect for treating yourself or gifting to someone special. If you'd like to include a gift message, there's a gift note section available at checkout—just leave your message there, and I will include the message! Please note that I do not include physical receipts with any orders. Etsy automatically sends the receipt to your email, and you can always access it through your purchase history. So if you're sending a gift, you don’t have to worry—the recipient won’t see the price.

I carefully drilled and wire-wrapped each calcite cube with gold-plated copper wire, keeping the design minimal to highlight the stone’s natural clarity and glow.

Optical calcite—also known as Iceland Spar—is admired for its stunning transparency and light-reflecting properties. While it may resemble clear quartz, it has a distinctive optical effect and a more delicate structure.

These calcite cubes are roughly polished, so please note that each one of them has natural cracks*, surface lines*, inclusions, and marks. These imperfections are part of the stone's authentic character and are present in all of the pieces—what makes each one truly unique is the individual placement and pattern of these natural features.
