Do you offer gift wrapping or special packaging?

All our items come in a gift ready, elegant branded box and we do not place any invoices o receipts in the package.

Can I request a restock of a sold-out item?

Will I receive my order before Christmas?

We’re working hard to ensure all orders are dispatched within our usual timeframe of 2 working days. However, as happens every year, shipping companies are experiencing seasonal delays due to the high volume of parcels being sent. This may affect the delivery time of your order, and unfortunately these delays are outside of our control. Because of this, we’re unable to guarantee delivery before Christmas, especially for customers outside of the UK. We recommend placing your order as early as possible to give it the best chance of arriving in time.
