Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because every art print is made to order (printed specifically for you when you purchase), I don't hold inventory and cannot accept returns for "change of mind." However, if your print arrives damaged or there is a printing error, please message me a photo immediately! I will send you a free replacement right away or do a refund.

Does the frame come with the print?

No, my listings are for the paper print only. The frames in the photos are just to show you how cool they look on a wall! The good news is that all my sizes (11x14, 24x36, etc.) are standard, so you can easily find affordable frames at IKEA, Amazon, or Target that fit perfectly.

USA Orders: Since we print in the US, these usually arrive very fast (2–5 business days after printing). International Orders: These can take a bit longer (1–4 weeks) depending on customs. Note: You'll get a tracking number as soon as it ships so you can follow its journey!

Custom and personalised orders

We take extra care to make sure your art arrives in perfect condition. Every print is sealed in an archival plastic bag to protect against moisture and then shipped in a sturdy protective tube or box. This ensures it won't get crushed or bent during travel. If your print arrives slightly curled, just lay it flat with some books on the corners for a few hours!
