Can I return or exchange my item?

We are a small business and all of our products are unique and made to order. Therefore, we cannot refund, replace or exchange items if you’ve chosen the wrong size/color/scent/design. We will, however, replace your item for no additional cost if it is damaged or defective upon delivery. If you have a problem with your item, please get in touch with us within 10 days of purchase and we will do our best to help you!

Can I cancel my order after it's been placed?

Due to the nature of production of our items, we cannot accept cancellations once an order has been placed.

How long will it take to receive my order?

This depends on the type of product you've ordered. It's best to check the item description for our estimated production and shipping times. Please note that both processing and shipping times may be longer during peak seasons or periods of high order volume.

Can I make a change to my item's customization after purchasing?

We aim to process orders as quickly as possible so often we cannot make any changes to a purchased item as it is already being printed and prepared. Please feel free to reach out if you want to make a change, but be aware that we may not be able to accommodate it. We recommend double-checking the customization on your item before purchasing to make sure no changes are necessary.
