Please refer to our size charts. They can be found in listing photos. Our shirts and sweatshirts are unisex.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because each item is custom made just for you, I don’t accept returns or exchanges for things like size, color, or change of mind. Please double-check your sizing before ordering. If you have any concerns when your order arrives, just reach out—I want you to love your item!

What if there is a defect with my item? What if it arrives damaged?

If there’s a printing defect or damage, please send me a clear photo within 20 days of delivery. I’ll send you a replacement or refund right away. After 20 days, my print partner doesn’t allow me to reprint items, so I’m unable to replace or refund beyond that timeframe.

What happens if the item I want is out of stock?

Occasionally certain sizes or colors sell out with my print partner. If that happens, I’ll message you right away with options: switch to a similar brand or color, choose another size, or get a quick refund. I’ll always make sure you’re happy before I ship your order.

When will my order arrive?

Most shirts are made to order and ship within 3–5 business days. Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after that. Around holidays, shipping times can run longer, so please order early if you need it by a certain date.

What if my package doesn’t arrive?

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you can’t find the package, please check with your household members and neighbors, then contact your local post office. Packages sometimes get held there. If tracking hasn’t updated for 10+ days, message me and I’ll help track it down.

How should I wash my shirt or sweatshirt?

For the longest life: turn inside out, wash cold with like colors, and tumble dry low. Avoid bleach and ironing directly on the design.
