Cancellation Policy for Your Orders

Since I begin crafting your custom order promptly, cancellations may not always be feasible. If you need to cancel, you must request it within 24 hours to qualify for a full refund. Orders that are in production or have been shipped after this period cannot be refunded.

Production and delivery time

Each product listing includes the current turnaround time. Although production times can fluctuate depending on my workload, the turnaround time at the time of purchase is guaranteed. To ensure timely processing of your order, please provide all required information at the time of purchase, as missing details may lead to delays.

Exchange/Return/Refund Policy

At my shop, I specialize in creating custom made-to-order items tailored to your order. Due to the personalized nature of the products, I do not accept EXCHANGES, RETURNS or EXCHANGES unless there is a defect or error on my part. However, if you have any concerns about your order, please contact me and I'll address any issues.

I want to update the shipping address

Please reach out to me right away if you need to update your address. Once the order has shipped, I won’t be able to make changes, and you’ll need to contact the shipping company directly or get in touch with me for shipping details.

Damaged/Defective items

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact me within 30 days of delivery. I’m happy to reprocess your order once you provide clear, close-up photos (including measurements with a tape) of the defective areas.

The tracking information indicates was delivered, but I have not received it.

Occasionally, the carrier may mistakenly mark a package as delivered when it’s still on their truck or has been delivered to the wrong address. If this happens, your first step should be to contact your local post office to inquire about the package’s location or fill out a Help Request with the carrier online. If the package doesn’t turn up or they can’t assist you, please reach out to me for further steps.
