Yes. We send 10 × 16 inch samples on the actual materials we print on, so you can see true color and feel the finish before committing. Message us with the mural you're considering and the material option, and we'll ship within 1–2 business days.

Can the mural be sized to my specific wall?

Every mural is printed to your exact dimensions - that's how we work by default, at no extra cost. Before ordering, message us with your wall width, height, and any obstacles (outlets, windows, moldings). We'll confirm the right scale for your wall.

Can I change the colors in a mural?

Yes. Color adaptation is included at no extra cost. We can lighten or deepen the palette, shift specific tones, or create a colorway that isn't listed in the shop. Send us a reference or a photo of your room and we'll send a digital preview before anything prints.

Which material should I choose?

Can I return a mural if I don't like it?

Because every mural is printed to your exact dimensions, we cannot accept returns on completed orders. This is standard for made-to-order wallpaper. What if the mural arrives damaged?

Damage in transit is rare — our packaging is built to prevent it - but when it happens, it's on us to fix. Write to us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and the package. We'll reprint and reship at no cost. No need to return anything first.

I've used a lot of peel and stick wallpaper and this is by far the worst. I would describe it as contact paper, not wallpaper (it's really plasticy) and the adhesive is extremely weak. The pattern is blurry and it seems the image was blown up way too large when printing what is essentially just a large sticker. Overall just really poor quality product and egregiously overpriced for what it is.
