How long will it take for my order to arrive?

For our free delivery we use Royal Mail Second Class standard. We estimate that it will take 1-3 working days to dispatch from Etoile HQ and then a further 2-3 working days for your order to arrive in the post. If you would like to upgrade your delivery to Signed or Guaranteed send us a message before you place your order and we can calculate the delivery costs.

Can I track my order?

Royal Mail Second Class Standard does not offer a tracking service. They do issue a code with every parcel that registers when the parcel has arrived at it's destination.
