Bring the iconic Ben Affleck Bat Cowl from Batman vs Superman to life. This is a precision-fitted, fully wearable 3D printed helmet — not a shelf prop, but a piece built to wear. Custom fitted to your exact head measurements in quarter-inch increments, this helmet wears like real equipment, not a costume. Putting it on is a breeze — just snap the magnets together and it forms one seamless piece.

📦 WHAT'S INCLUDED

1 cowl piece and 1 chin piece with attached magnets — ready to wear on arrival
No eye lenses as standard but a free White perforated see-through lenses can be requested and assembled.
Additional non LED lens options available: black or red — just note your preference at checkout
LED colors option also available, white, light blue, blue, orange, green, magenta — specify in the specialization field at checkout
Display Stand and Batarang included with the set
Add-on accessories available: Bat Baton

📐 SIZING & FIT

Precision scaled in quarter-inch increments for a snug, glove-like fit
Every model is test printed and fitted to my head size (22") before it ships — I personally put on every helmet to confirm it goes on and wears comfortably
What you need to provide: your head circumference in inches or cm

📏 How to measure:
"Make it snug, but not tight. If pressed against the skin, it's too tight — it should just barely touch. Slide the loop on as a hat to check comfort and adjust if needed. If you don't have a measuring tape, use a cord like a phone cord. Re-measure the loop and adjust as needed, then measure its length for head circumference. Message me if you need more help (include the same angles as the illustration in the last photo)."

Two-piece magnetic assembly — front and back snap together cleanly
Fully assembled and ready to wear when it arrives
Minor imperfections note: as a handcrafted 3D printed piece, there may be minor glue residue inside near magnet holes — rarely visible during wear
Head gear recommended for extended wear sessions
