I need my order by a certain date—what should I do?

Production and delivery times are estimates and can change. If you’re working with a deadline, please message me before ordering so we can confirm availability. Orders placed without prior contact can’t be guaranteed to arrive by a specific date.

Can I include a gift note?

Gift messages are available for an additional fee. Please message me before placing your order to arrange this. Notes added without messaging won’t be included.

What is the total turnaround time?

The turnaround time depends on the product and the date the order is submitted. A typical order takes 3–5 business days to produce and at least 5 business days to ship. Purchases made near weekends or during busy gift-buying seasons may require additional time.

Do you offer rush delivery?

Rush delivery is available only for eligible items and destinations. Contact me before purchasing and include the product link, quantity, customization information, delivery address, and deadline.

How quickly must I request a cancellation?

A cancellation request must be sent within one hour of purchase. Once that one-hour window has passed, the order may already be in production and cancellation is no longer guaranteed.

Can a personalized item be returned?

Personalized merchandise cannot be returned because of a change of mind. However, I will assist when the product arrives damaged, defective, incorrectly made, or materially different from the description.

What evidence is needed for a damaged or incorrect item?

Please provide a full photo of the product, close-up images of the affected area, and a clear picture of the package’s shipping label.

Where should I look for a missing package?

Inspect mailboxes, porches, garages, parcel lockers, side entrances, and any concealed delivery areas. It is also helpful to ask neighbors, reception staff, or other household members.
