4.CUSTOM AND PERSONALIZED ORDERS.

How similar between original piece shows online and recreated piece. Because all of our paintings are handmade and often custom ordered, so minor or subtle changes may occur with your painting. Your painting may not be exactly the same as the picture you made the order from. It will be nearly identical, but not exactly the same. What I can promise is our quality of work we deliver on, and it will be a beautiful painting as you expect.

5.IS IT SAFE TO SHIP AN OIL PAINTING?

To protect paintings well during international shipping, all paintings are packaged carefully. In case they are accidentally damaged during logistics, we will replace them with new ones for you, but the probability of such a situation is extremely low.

Worldwide shipping, free of postage. All paintings are shipped by FedEx, DHL, UPS, TNT.Each painting is inspected and professionally packaged for safe travel so that your painting arrives to you in perfect condition.

7.CAN I RETURN a WORK OF ART IF IT DOESN'T MEET MY EXPECTATIONS?

Yes, please return it within Thirty days after receiving the order. We will refund the money when we receive the goods. The artwork shall be returned in its original package, and you shall bear the cost of shipping returns, customs duties and additional charges.

8.I DON'T HAVE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
