How Do I Download My Digital File?

Why can't I return my digital download?

Digital downloads are not eligible for returns due to the nature of the product.

Will you send me the files via email?

No, I do not send files via email. If you are logged into your Etsy account when you make the purchase, you can find your files in the "Purchases" section on Etsy. If you check out as a "guest," Etsy will email you a link to your files. Please make sure to save your files to your device. I cannot resend files if they are lost.

Copyright / Terms of Use

Please note that many items come with a license for physical products only, limited to a maximum of 500 copies. The license will be provided along with the files after purchase. Be sure to read the listing description to check if the license is included for that particular item.
