Transparency with our customers is of the utmost importance. Before modifying formulas, changing ingredient sources, or determining containers and packaging of our products, we first research to make sure that the companies that we are working with stand by the same core values that we do - to provide non-toxic products. What's the different between using essential oils vs. fragrance oils?

We use fragrance oils over essential oils primarily due to their versatility and stability. While essential oils can offer therapeutic benefits, they can also cause skin irritation or allergic reactions in some individuals, especially when used at high concentrations. Additionally, essential oils have a limited scent range and may not provide the same consistency over time. By opting for fragrance oils, we can create a more inclusive and enjoyable experience for all users.

What is the difference between the All-Purpose Balm and the Whipped Body Butter?

The All-Purpose Balm is wax-based, while the Whipped Body Butter is more of an all-over moisturizer. The balm can be used in extremely dry areas like cracked heels, dry elbows, or those pesky dry winter knuckles. It is also a very versatile product and can be used to tame fly-away hairs, including beards! The body butter is nice and thick, to allow nighttime skin to absorb all of the jojoba oil. Arrowroot powder soaks up any remaining oil that your body does not soak up, thus preventing any "greasy" transfer to clothes or sheets.

Can you use these products anywhere on the body?

All of our skincare products can be used anywhere on anyone's body. Babies can benefit from the balm as a diaper rash preventative, and the whipped body butter is certainly safe to put on your face. Our products have been carefully designed to be gentle so that anyone that wants to step into the world of non-toxic skincare, we will happily embrace them.
