Custom and personalized orders

Currently, Naan is not able to offer custom orders to adjust the dimensions and measurements of the furniture. We can, however, offer to change the height of the legs and drill a maximum of 3 holes in the back of the furniture if you wish. The holes are 4.5 cm in diameter and we only need you to tell us the order number + a drawing of where you want the holes to make them where you want. Also, in some of our products you will find the option of varnishing. Please feel free to write to us whenever you need to and ask us any other questions that may arise!.

Shipping and delivery time

The lead time (the time we need to manufacture and prepare an order) is approximately 15 days. Whenever we can, we will make it arrive a little earlier, estimated arrival dates are listed in the item details! All our packages are delivered by the UPS shipping company. They send an email with a tracking number when they pick up the package at our warehouse so you know where it is at all times. There are occasional situations of small delays at times like "Black Friday, Christmas or Sales" or due to customs clearance. We are not responsible, but we do our best to ensure that the packages arrive as soon as possible. If you have any problem, write us!

Furniture materials and characteristics

All our furniture is manufactured by skilled craftsmen in Valencia, Spain. All are made of solid natural pine wood, a sustainable and durable material. The origin of our materials is very important to us. Our wood is sustainably sourced with PEFC certification, totally natural and of the highest quality. We believe in the soul and warmth of the natural finish, in the charm of the grain of solid wood and the possibilities it offers.

Refunds/ exchanges/ cancellations

Please always contact us in case you want to make any exchange, refund or cancellation for the procedures. We accept a cancellation within 2 days of purchase. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days. Shipping costs will be borne by the customer. Once the merchandise is received, and after checking its correct condition, we will proceed to refund the amount of the product to the customer by the same means by which the payment was made, discounting the initial shipping costs.

Customs and import taxes

Please note that import taxes and customs duties are not included in the item price. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. There are cases where delays may occur due to customs clearance. If you have any questions or doubts we will be happy to help :)

Receipt of order and assembly

Upon receipt of your order, we advise you to check if the package has not been damaged during transport. As a sustainable company and with the ecological goal of saving paper, assembly instructions for most of our products will be available in QR code. We recommend before throwing away any packaging, to check and order all accessories before starting the assembly. We recommend to assemble the furniture on a soft surface (carpet, blanket etc). Our furniture is easy to assemble and comes with simple and intuitive instructions so that no questions arise. Orders also include an assembly kit. If you have any questions or doubts, we will be happy to help :)

The care of the furniture varies according to the product, in the description of each one there are the pertinent recommendations of each one. In general, we recommend avoiding direct sunlight, excessive humidity and strong heat sources. Always contact us if you have any questions or concerns!
