Do you offer custom and/or personalized items?

I do accept personalized orders on some items. Each personalization is specified in the item listing. If you are interested in a custom order please send me a message so we can discuss the details.

Where can I find sizing/dimension details?

All sizes and dimensions are listed in the item description.

Can I return a product?

On most items, yes. You have 14 days from delivery to return the item. The return policy is noted with each listing. Though, if you have any issues or questions about any of my products please do not hesitate to reach out.

What are the processing and production times?

All items are handmade with care. Ready-to-ship items typically ship within 2–3 days. Made-to-order and custom pieces require 5–14 days for production before shipping. Processing times may vary slightly depending on order volume, but I always do my best to get your item out as quickly as possible without compromising quality.

What is your shipping policy?

Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on size and weight. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships. Larger or heavier items may require additional handling time. While I ensure all items are securely packaged, delivery times are determined by the carrier and may occasionally be delayed due to factors outside my control.

What if my item arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging. I will work with you to make it right as quickly as possible. Please know that most of the items I make are one-of-a-kind. So if the item that was damaged is a one-of-one, I'm not able to replace it with an identical replacement. I will work with you on either a refund or, IF POSSIBLE, a similar (not identical) replacement item.

Natural Material Disclaimer

Each piece is made from real wood, which means natural variations in grain, color, knots, and texture are to be expected. These characteristics are part of what makes every item unique and are not considered defects.

Color & Finish Disclaimer

Due to the nature of wood and differences in screen displays, colors and finishes may vary slightly from what you see in listing photos. Stains and paints can absorb differently depending on the wood, adding to the uniqueness of each piece.
