Due to the delicate and one-of-a-kind nature of antiques and artworks, I do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if your item arrives damaged, please contact me within 24 hours of delivery with photos/videos. I’ll be happy to assist and find a solution.

Can I cancel my order after purchase?

Cancellations are accepted within 6 hours of purchase. After that, the item may already be packed or shipped.

Gift wrapping and packaging

How do you package fragile items?

All items are securely packed using bubble wrap, double boxing if necessary, and fragile labeling. I take great care to ensure everything arrives safely.
