Can I get expedited shipping?

I don’t usually offer expedited options, but feel free to message me. Unfortunately, it does tend to be expensive, and the extra cost is out of my control.

What if I don't want a name on my blanket?

Please enter in the personalization box "no name".

I need my item by a specific date. Will it arrive in time?

My processing time is 2–5 business days, and shipping typically takes another 2–5 days, so your order should arrive within 4–10 days total, depending on my current queue and the shipping distance. I’ll have a more accurate delivery estimate once your order ships and I receive a tracking number. I complete all orders in the order they’re received and don’t rearrange my queue to keep things fair for everyone.

I entered in something wrong while I was ordering. What do I do?

Please message me as soon as possible! If your blanket hasn’t been made or shipped yet, I’ll do my best to update your order. Once production has started or the item has shipped, I’m unable to make changes.

Can I see a preview before my item is made?

I’m happy to send a preview upon request! Please note that production starts soon after the order is placed, so if you'd like a preview, message me right away.

There's an issue with the item I received. What do I do?

Please don’t hesitate to reach out—I truly want you to love your blanket! I'm happy to work with you to find a solution. If you'd like to return the item for a refund, I just ask that you send it back to me. If there’s a defect or issue with the product, I’ll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you. Please note that shipping charges are separate and non-refundable.

Can I personalize the blanket with a first and middle name?

Definitely! Most designs allow for first and middle names. Just be sure to include exactly what you'd like in the personalization box when ordering.

Custom and personalized orders

Feel free to let me know of any adjustments you'd like made. I am happy to change the font style, color, and layout on any blanket. Some designs can be adjusted as well if you have a specific color palette in mind.
