Shipping was a little weird as it doesn’t get confirmed nor says it has shipped, you will only know until you receive it at your door. But I did get my order as described and I love it so it doesn’t really matter.

It took a long time to get from America to the Netherlands because of customs, but the product is very good and exactly as described! I definitely recommend it. The customer service was excellent, the saleswoman always responded very quickly.
