Best gift for grandparents , they loved it!!! Big hit and very unique gift.
The pictures turned out really dark. I was hoping since I sent two portrait styled photos, that they would be portrait instead of landscape, but that is my fault. The frame was coming apart and I needed to glue a corner down together. The glass was also pretty foggy and the package had a smokey smell to it. Other than that, the shipping was faster than expected. I did contact them and they refunded me 40%. They offered to remake it, but pay for shipping or keep it and get refunded. The amount refunded is the same as the amount of shipping so I decided to keep and get refunded.
It turned out great. I love it!
