The product quality is great. However, I wish that there was a better way to communicate the size and fit for the jacket. The jacket does not fit perfectly. I will have to get it altered. This could have been avoided if there was a better way of getting the measurements to the shop/tailor.

The customer service, to the pictures of product being shipped, & measurements were all flawless! My only criticism is the quality of the buttons, cheap gold plastic. Definitely going to change out the buttons and the suit jacket will be perfect!
