My Order Says Delivered, But I Haven’t Received It

If your tracking shows the item as delivered but you haven’t received it yet, here are a few steps that can help: 1. Double-check your shipping confirmation email to ensure the address is correct. 2. Visit your local post office — they may be holding the package. 3. Ask your neighbors — sometimes packages get delivered next door by mistake. If everything looks correct and you still can’t find your order, please message me directly and I’ll be happy to help you sort it out.

If your order was damaged during shipping, please reach out to me right away. I’ll do everything I can to fix it and will remake the it if necessary.
