RETURN POLICY

(1) RETURNS for EU CUSTOMERS
a) Customers from European Union countries have the right to return purchased items within 14 days of receipt.
b) Returns must be requested by contacting the seller via Etsy messages.
c) The cost of returning the item is borne by the buyer, unless otherwise agreed.
d) Items must be returned in their original condition, including packaging (if applicable) and complete, to be accepted for a refund.

2. RETURNS for Non-EU Customers
a) Customers from outside the European Union do not have a statutory right to return items.
b) Returns are accepted only according to the seller’s voluntary policy.
c) The cost of return shipping is borne by the buyer, unless otherwise agreed.
d) Items should be returned in their original condition and complete.

3. RETURN PROCEDURE
a) Contact the seller via Etsy to request a return.
b) After confirmation, send the item back to the address provided by the seller.
c) Refunds will be issued after receiving and inspecting the returned item, within 5–14 business days.

4. ADDITIONAL NOTES
a) The seller reserves the right to refuse a return if the item has been damaged or used in a way that prevents resale.
b) If a parcel is not collected by the customer, the paid shipping cost will not be refunded. An additional fee for the return shipment may also be charged.
c) In case of non-collection of the parcel, all costs associated with the return shipment—including shipping fees, handling fees, commissions, customs duties, or other related charges—will be deducted.
d) Any questions about returns should be sent via Etsy messages.
